My doctor and his assistant are fabulous. Kaiser offered the physical (I didn't have to ask for it), and I was seen quickly. My doctor is wonderful: kind, insightful and proactive. The assistant was very competent. I don't see how they could be better.

Grace is a very focused, attentive and "proactive" clinician who is very task-oriented, knowledgeable, and probing. She bases her interventions strictly on the answers given to her targeted questions. It is a systematic process whereby she assumes nothing and only acts when she has elicited very specific information from the patient. Then this is followed up by a physical hands-on exam and recommended actions. Grace is a consummate professional as well as being clear and candid in her communication. A+++

I made an appt with my primary physician because I found a bump on my foot. I believe it is better to seek attention early rather than 'too late'. Dr Fairborn looked at it, asked a few questions and then reassured me it was not a cancerous nor threatening occurrence. He then explained what it appeared to be, it's potential of development and . treatment. I was quickly reassured. He gave me additional time to review my recent medical concern and clearly laid out a plan of action. As we spoke, Dr Fairborn looked at my records and suggested lab work for my upcoming annual physical. It would save me time as I was already on site

Bottomline: Dr Fairborn has been knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and very supportive as my primary physician. Our relationship has been over decades and I continue to Thrive. I remain supportive of Kaiser's services and highly recommend Kaiser for its staffing with the likes of Dr Fairborn. He includes me in consideration of my medical care.
