I love this office so much better than the other area locations. It's super convenient, never crowded easy to park. Dr. Kao is my primary physician of many years he's great so glad he's at this location.

The doctor Shayna Tin-Hsin Hsu MD was totally non caring, rude and did not want to answer any questions. I don’t know why she is a doctor, she needs training on how to work with people. If I could give her a negative I would!

Been a Kaiser member for 15 years and now I can't get an appointment or spend 4+ hours in the urgent care. Very disappointed in what the service has people. The Nurses and Doctors are awesome if you can ever get in to see them.

I just switched to Kaiser P. recently, I had my first appointment yesterday for my 5 year old and 4 month old. My 5 year old only needed a check up and the 4 month old needed his vaccines. At my kids old pediatrician we would always separate the vaccines never all at the same time and yesterday that I went in I asked the nurse if we could do the same and she responded it was up to me but this were the shots he needed at this time, we talked for a bit but her attitude was of someone inpatient that just wanted to get it done when at the other place it had never been an issue. I went ahead and okayed the 4 vaccines and went home. My 5 year old and the new baby had never had fevers due to the vaccines but I know its common, well after this vaccines my 4 month old got a fever and vomit once at night. Today he still had a fever and I called kaiser to ask what I could give him for the fever and the person I spoke to took down all my info. case # etc. And after all that she asked me what would be the best number to be reached at, I gave it to her (same they have on file) and then she asked if I authorized for them to leave me a message and of course I said yes. This was around 4:40pm, well it's 10:16pm and I still haven't gotten a call back or message, nothing at all. Why kind of doctor/nurse/pediatrician is this? What kind of services? I need reliable health services! That when I need you for advice you have someone on the phone. I will be switching them back to health care partners ASAP!

This facility would be perfect if it had a pharmacy
Kaiser is the only medical building that I have ever been that doesn't have a pharmacy. Shameful.
