Went with a client. Lovely modern decor - colorful, bright & pleasant. Able to accomplish 6 different tasks / services (eyes check, foot check, vaccine, pharmacy, visit doctor) all at one time, in less than 3 hours. One of the services had been set for the following day, but they saw it on her record & suggested doing it the same time, as well - saving us a second trip /day. Wonderful.

I’d been delaying my lab work and finally came in. It was a seamless process. I checked in. Reported to lab via text message with less than 5 minute wait. Was greeted by Jude Soledad,the blood drawer who was sooooooooo nice and polite and friendly. Best experience ever!!!

Kaiser can be good or bad depend where you go. Going to Kaiser in Chino on Grand especially on Saturdays is the best time. People are very relaxed and not stressed out, especially when you need bloodworm done.

This Is A Great Kaiser Permanente Building In Town For Anyone, Including Me. I Remember When This Building Used To Be A Movie Theater But Closed And End Up Being Demolished. This Theater Closed Because Of Harkins, Which Is Bigger, Cheaper, And Better. In Other Words, Chino Avenue Does Not Have So Much Traffic Compared To Grand Avenue. I Also Must Say That This Kaiser Building Has All The Essentials Provided From Flu Shots To Eye Exams And Glasses. I Must Say That The Doctors Here Are Helpful And Easy Going As Well

The doctors are great. But Kaiser’s urgent care is HORRIBLE. There are just two facilities for them in the area - Ontario and Buena Park. No matter what day of the week you go to Urgent care, it’s a 6 long hour wait.. Don’t believe me? Go take a peak at their urgent care waiting rooms. It should be called “take an entire day off of work and bring three movies on your iPad Care” …. We’re switching back to a PPO next week.

Very friendly staff from the check-in thru the labs. Very professional at their work. The Vision Essential office is one of the best in this location, my wife ended purchasing finally her prescription glasses.
