Best phlebotomist at Kaiser Aliso Viejo Medical Offices! I’ve tried other labs and no one is as good. Other labs poke around, can’t hit the vein, bruise me up, etc. My “guy” at this location is so smooth - barely hurts, gets the vein EVERY TIME, and is super fast. Every now and again, he smiles at one of my corny jokes too. I’m relieved every time I can get in at this lab!

It’s impossible to overstate how amazing Dr. McIver is. He’s the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had. You can tell he really loves being a primary care physician. I’m sure the other docs at this location are great, but if you’re a Kaiser member looking for a primary care doctor, try to select him as your PCP. He’s incredibly intelligent and he takes the time to explain things in a way that a lay person can understand. Also, I’m sure he’s extremely busy, but I never feel rushed when I have an appointment with him, even on days when the waiting room is packed full with people.

Love going to Kaiser Aliso. The staff is so friendly! The dr took the time to explain everything and was proactive in my care plan. They got me an appointment in reasonable time and set up a follow up appointment while I was there. Extremely happy with Aliso Kaiser!

Psychiatrist Darlene Melendez was not helpful and condescending. She did not help me with my problems and blankly kept referring me to information and resources I could have looked up online. Her skills in her current occupation is equivalent to an entry level community college students with her statements and questions. She had wasted my time and money from the beginning instead of trying to help me, she kept telling me the same answers like a record player. She shooed me off and have me leave the office at a point because she did not want to speak to me anymore

My appointment was at 1:50pm and I finished everything including lab work and vaccine at 2:30pm. First time doing a physical exam and I didnt have to wait for too long and everyone was very nice.

RE: Lab 3rd Floor. Got there early, parked in front, walked in, greeted/temp check, checked in fast, short wait. The Vietnamese tech who drew my blood was great, I barely felt anything. In and out in a few minutes. First time using Kaiser and I'm quite satisfied. ALL the staff there were pleasant, and efficient. Place was older/70s, but clean.
