Horrible Customer Service and Medical Negligence
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this facility in West Chester, My labs results were lost, no phone call,and absolutely no apology. The lack of accountability and disregard for basic patient care is unacceptable. I am lucky to be young and able to advocate for myself, but I feel deeply concerned for others who might not be in the same position. This is not just poor customer service; it's medically negligent.
While Deana is absolutely amazing and clearly capable, the extreme customer service overshadowed everything. The manager, in particular, needs more training on how to properly handle situations like this. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone

I have been going to Fox Medical at JustWell Health practice off West Flagler Street Miami, FL for almost 2 years. The nurses are the most friendly and well attended to all your needs. They are prompt, and give the best care. Dr.Jeff Fox is amazing. He suggested a weight loss plan for me, and I have been in their plan with great results. Nurse Jirlanny is overseeing my weight loss and gives me the best advice over nutrition, and exercises. In my time here, everyone knows me by name and always gives me a warm welcome. I recommend this practice for their experience and wonderful care. 💖

I love to go to Dr. Reed’s office. The staff is absolutely great, from the front desk receptionist, the office manager and the phlebotomist. Nevertheless, I only go once a year because my LPRN Natasha Morejón is absolutely amazing by keeping me healthy and in shape hahaha, which it was a challenge from the start for me, but she kept advising me without giving up on me💝 gracias 🤩
