Sick with something and having issues with my asthma. I walk in to be check in. The blonde at the front doesn’t address me and continues with her paperwork. Ok fine. Then she decides to talk to me “What are you here for?” I said I’m there for urgent care and not feeling well. She huffs and replies “I’m behind and have 4 people ahead of you, what going on.” Ummm lady I don’t want to be here anymore than you want me there! I said never mind I’m good. She says “you don’t want to be seen.” I said no thanks, that was really rude.

Pay attention to reviews. I only came here because it was close to my work. Heading to the next place.

I was extremely happy with Jupiter Urgent Care. I actually started a a review from their email but I lost.
From the first call to the time I saw Wade and Nicole, it was a welcoming, secure experience, professional experience
I was diagnosed and got better. They followed up and I had a question and called which I received a professional answer.

I went to the facility with a finger laceration. The PA on duty, Taylor was attentive and patient and got me fixed up. The assistant helping was also wonderful. However, I became concerned with discoloration in the finger and went back the next day. I was seen by the PA on duty, Tatiana.
She was neither kind nor considerate and highly unprofessional. I asked if the bandage could be cut off (which it clearly could) instead of pulling at it and ripping the laceration and she informed me that it could not and if I was in that much pain I should go to the ER, she got up and left the room, slamming the door behind her. I sat for a moment in shock then left the room and calmly (almost in tears) let them know it was okay, I would go to another facility.
Tatiana yelled out after me as I was exiting to the lobby wanting me to acknowledge that I was refusing treatment. I could not believe what I had just experienced and would never go back when Tatiana is on duty.

I had a great experience with the JMC urgent care on PGA blvd. Tatiana is the best! I called about an hour before closing on a Sunday and left a message. Tatiana called me back--after hours even--and she calmed my fears. I did decide to go in the next morning. At this particular location, I was able to make an appointment online. And I was so glad for the continuity of care with Tatiana being my caregiver in the morning. A great experience!!!

Showed up at 4:15 on a Sunday and the doors were locked. They said they close the doors 1 hour before closing time and recommended I come back tomorrow. They should just say they close at 4 so people don’t waste time driving to this “urgent” care. I ended up having to drive to the ER.

Had a bad stomach bug and was worried it might be something serious. Went here late at night, 15 minutes before closing, expecting the staff would be annoyed at a last-minute patient. Was so pleasantly surprised at how kind and concerned they were. P.A. Angel Examined me, ruled out anything serious, called in prescriptions to make me comfortable. They were not in a rush, discussed everything with me and answered my questions. With the medicine I was comfortable and slept. Highly recommend this practice for urgent care needs!

My second visit to this urgent care and both visits have been great. Wonderful Doctors and Practitioners. Tatiana was great, very informative, overall caring and helpful. She made me feel better. Thank you so much for caring. I highly recommend the JMUC of PBG.

Very disappointing experience at the PBG location. 1 person in the waiting room, no patients in the back that I could see as the doors were all open. I was there for several hours having more breathing problems than when I entered. The leaf blowers outside were VERY loud and blowing leaves and toxic fumes into the facility; on top of which, my doctor and myself both called to find out the charge beforehand because it was "supposedly" less expensive than going to the ER, and then I received a bill for several hundred dollars more. None of which was mentioned and / or authorized. I do not recommend this facility and their "seemingly" lack of concern at all. Very disappointing!
