Exercise classes like this are outside of my comfort zone. I was nervous to go, but Jerilyn put me at ease. She Creates a circuit training course in a park with creativity and playfulness. And she gives multiple ways to do each exercise so that everyone from the very out of shape to the triathlete can participate and enjoy and get what they need out of the experience. Highly recommend.
