My experience at JourneyPure was very helpful! The group meetings proved to be very educational and helped me greatly understand what I’m experiencing and what I will be experiencing throughout my life. I really got a lot out of Dr P’s group meetings. I like to know the medical reason I’m going through this! The outdoor experiences were extremely helpful in a meditating way. They also gave us time to share more about our own stories with either the techs or the other people going through the program. My suggestion to anyone considering going to JourneyPure would to keep an open mind. Don’t dwell on what’s not there but let the meetings and outings help you grow in the right direction! The follow up calls from Jackie were very helpful in allowing me to continue my new life of sobriety. Oh, and there’s a “Bear” there that is really a “teddy bear”! Lol

If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can’t make anyone do anything. So until they get sick and tired of the problems then you just have to be patient. This Professional and caring staff know how to treat the patient with dignity and respect. So not only would I pick this rehab I’m also a patient. Thank you for your time.

Loved all of the support I received from all of the staff while at JourneyPure. Especially love the additional support after discharge. Their intensive outpatient program, individual therapy and the alumni app/coach helps keep me accountable and reinforces the fact that I don’t have to go through this alone.

Stay away. This place is a mess. Run poorly. And over-all unpleasant to deal with. From unhappy staff to lying about the availability of services. IOP director karen marie telling me " the court doesnt know what they're talking about" when told i needed IOP for court and that they didn't have the days and times advertised. They lied all the way up until the point where i was scheduled to start. They then tried to make a deal to call my therapy IOP when it wasn't. Upon realizing they couldnt bill me for IOP they kicked me out citing my lack of participation. They have shady practices and are downright rude. It has taken me 10 days as of right now to get the contact information the person to speak to about my time there and to get information regarding the dates of my treatment. Ashley Hinds has been rude and uncooperative and only deemed it was time to give me the contact information i have been calling for after threatening my lawyers involvement. And instead of just providing the information she sends rude texts. Stay away. These people are awful. Im 7 months sober now; but these people have had nothing to do with it.
