I had my first appointment today at Journey Wellness with Lindsay Van Parys. She is amazing, and so is this clinic! I felt so recognized and validated. Lindsay was very considerate of my needs and made sure that nothing was bothering me (I'm sensory sensitive). Her therapy dog, Brutas, was incredibly friendly and comforting.

I felt safe to talk about absolutely anything with Lindsay. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a lot of experience to back it up. She was also very patient as I nervously rambled after every question. The session was refreshingly thorough. We even identified certain issues with my medication, which I had raised with my PCP before, but those concerns hadn't been properly addressed until I was assessed by Lindsay.

I was very nervous when I first walked through the door of the Journey Wellness Clinic, but I left with new insights into my mental health and a positive outlook for the future. I would highly recommend visiting Journey Wellness and allowing Lindsay to help you. You won't regret it!

I’ve been a patient here for over a year now! I see Lindsay and she and the staff there are amazing. My life has been saved many times due to my mental health struggles. From the beginning, I felt like I was encouraged, but not pressured, to talk through the things needed to help me. From there I was able to receive amazing care from a provider I’ve grown to trust with everything. How are you going to keep someone employed at a mental health clinic who is making fun of a man online?! Would you really want to see someone like that to help you? Someone who is going to go online and post publicly on a page with 40,000 people about how bad someone is in bed and how "he's possibly on the spectrum". Sounds like NP Lindsey needs to be a patient there not a provider.
