Staff was friendly and professional. Susan, the audiologist, explained the testing very well and she was beyond pleasant. I was impressed with Dr. Mirante. He took time to go over my results with explanations that I could understand. He answered all my questions and gave me a treatment plan. I would highly recommend this practice .

Dr. Mirante was relaxed and personable. He asked appropriate questions and waited for responses. He knew my condition and asked how it was previously treated. His touch was gentle in my ear canal after he said to let him know if it became uncomfortable. I will be returning to see Dr. Mirante every six months to manage the ear.
