Worst experience ever! Checked in 10 minutes before my scheduled time, waited an hour to see the nurse, another hour to see the doctor and waited another 30-45 minutes for blood work. There is no organization at the front desk, the receptionists were arguing about losing a patients paperwork in front of the patient. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The nurse that took my blood was very rude and I felt the attitude coming from her as she put the needle in my arm to draw blood and she told me I "Need" to say thank you. When asked about viewing test results the nurses, receptionist and doctor were not on the same page and gave me the run around. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! By far the worst experience at any doctor's office. I will not return and I hope no one else does.

This doctor was assigned as my PCP by insurance and every experience with him and his office has been a nightmare. Poor, inattentive and VERY slow, it’s impossible to get crucial rx’s refilled or a referral (often required by insurance). And good luck ever seeing a doctor. You will be told you have “the first appt of the day” only to wait 3-6 hours in a dirty crowded office

Worst service ever. I called the office to have
my inhaler prescription refilled at 10am in the morning. I was told to wait 40 minutes before going to the pharmacy. I did what I was told and waited 40 minutes and went to the pharmacy. I waited for 4 hours at pharmacy. I called the doctors office back and I was told it was done and that they would it again. They lied to me again and never contacted my pharmacy. I had to pay out of pocket for an urgent care visit to have my emergency inhaler prescription refilled. Dr Durantis was unreachable and his staff kept lying to me and kept transferring to voice mail.

His office used to be great, now all you get is put on hold after you’ve called 3 times asking for referrals even the specialist office called for a referral and they hung up on them. He needs new staff people that truly care and not just there to gossip & collect a pay check.

Every time I go to Excel I'm seen by the Doctor himself rather than a nurse. Dr. Durandis has been my Doctor for years and I'm glad he opened his own practice. Very knowledgeable and personable. I totally recommend him.

I have been Durandis' patient since he was in the previous office. A doctor who taks a patient from his office to the car in the weel chair tells alot about him, he really care about his patients. I don't care about negative comments. Highly Recoment Dr Durandis.
