The team at Bone at joint are top notch. I've never one felt unheard or dismissed. They've taken such care and professionalism in addressing my needs my concerns and making sure that I was comfortable and I was clear on the procedures that were happening and that had happened I've never been treated better.

I’ve had pain an issues with my shoulders/ rotary cuffs and had surgery on both of them 5 years ago and still continue to have pain. Dr Rivera was able to find a temporary solution until I go back for surgery. My pain is at a very low minimum and still have no strength due to my tears but my pain is a lot more tolerable.
So very grateful for in countering Dr Rivera and Dr Tracy.

Mr. River explained the progress in my healing and the exercises I need to do and demonstrated how to do some of them. He also told me what not to do at this point in my healing. Very pleasant, easy to talk with and answered my questions.

Jose is friendly and helpful. The appt went well. My only gripe through the WHOLE process and had nothing to do with Jose in general is 2 things, #1 when I had my
Carpal tunnel and elbow surgery I was told on my release papers that someone would contact me in 1 to 4 days. They never did. My wrap was too tight but was told not to remove it so I loosened it as told I could per the nurse that cared for me right after the surgery. I went back a week after surgery, for my post-op appt. and the wraps were removed. #2 the stitches were left in for 5 weeks. I was told they would dissolve but the knotted ends didnt, so I was uncomfortable in both those areas much longer than I should have been. Both these situations could have been improved upon, but over all, the surgery itself and all those involved, it went just fine. I'm doing well.😊
