Dr. De Paz caused me to have seizures and lose 100lbs in months. He misdiagnosed me with hypothyroidism. Dr. De Paz prescribed me levothyroxine causing me Thyrotoxicosis. My heart rate fell below 60 and De Pax just directed the NP to take the heart rate again. Thyroid test results simply read Normal. It takes no skill except literacy to read the results. Dr. De Paz was medically negligent. I worry about my body still. He could’ve easily read those results. It was ATTEMPTED MURDER
Run don’t walk. Don’t let this doctor destroy your health.

Dr. De-Paz is awesome. A very friendly, caring and nice doctor. He has been my family physician for a few years now. It's always a pleasure to see him. He always answers any questions I have. Very blessed to have him as my family doctor. The office personnel at FCPP in Modesto are very professional and all of them are very nice. No complaints at all.

Dr De paz is an awesome physician!!! I love how the office staff goes out of their way to accommodate me with my schedule and always gets me in the same day that I need to be seen. His medical assistant Angela is very thorough in her job and makes me feel very comfortable knowing she is doing all she can to help me. I am so thankful that I was referred by my friend. She had nothing but great things to say about Dr De paz ... I'm just fortunate that he was still taking patients!

I was very disappointed with Dr. Depaz and staff! I called early to make an appointment and they couldn’t accommodate me that day or the next day so I had wait through the weekend which made it the 5th day before I could see my PCP! I asked if he had an associate that could see me but that was not an option either!! The staff said Dr Depaz would call me but he never did!! What good is a PCP if you can’t get into him for nearly a week!!

I love this place! The staff is friendly and helpful. They always greet you warmly and actually talk to you about everything; not just medical care. My doctor is Amazing! Dr. DePaz genuinely cares about my concerns and always has answers that reassure me that I’m ok. If I’m concerned, he makes me feel at ease. He even orders tests that I don’t even realize are crucial to my well-being. I will be with FCPP for as long as I’m able.

I love this medical office. The staff is very kind, they are very accommodating when you need to be seen. I love the average total time of a visit. (Not long at all) They value your time so you won't leave frustrated due to sitting and waiting. Dr De Paz is very knowledgeable and I love how he's not rushing thrugh your appointment. I would gladly recommend this office to others for medical care.
