Jr Jones is caring and attentive. Her nurse Andrea is also excellent. I have never asked her a question that she didn’t find the answer for. She is very considerate about helping you with your needs.

Dr. Jones is exceptional! She sees my sister who is 73 yo and allows me to participate in her care during her visits. Dr. Jamie Jones was a good doctor until it came to the point where my mom did not travel well to Enterprise and I had to resort to her seeing a doctor close to home that had been seeing her while she was in rehab. When asking her for a letter for medicaid assistance she refused to respond since she no longer was seeing her but she was the o e that had been diagnosed her for many years, this caused a problem with the situation I was in, it was like a child on the playground that took the ball from her and she want playing anymore, but she had diagnosed her with her problems, I would not recommend her to anyone cause of her selfishness, if you need her she folds and does not want to help

Dr Jones and her nurse Andrea are amazing! Always so attentive and focused on my care when I am with them. SO GLAD I found them. My last appointment I was with Dr Jones well over 45 minutes and felt like she would have stayed in the room and answered every question I had no matter how long it took. Never once I have felt rushed, she is so caring and determined to provide the best care possible and I feel completely safe with my health in her hands.

When Dr.Jones first started with southeast medical center, I couldn’t say enough good things about her. My parents and I were looking for a medical professional to over see our care. We were very pleased with her, and felt she was easy to talk to. However ten years later, we are extremely disappointed and will be seeking new care. With my patterns getting older, I have less confidence in leaving them in her care. My parents have expressed to me that they feel their concerns are not heard or completely dismissed. With the pandemic, I understand the healthcare has been put through a lot of stress. ((Being a healthcare professional myself)) I am extremely disappointed we have been treated this way, being one of her first patients when she was Dr.Bludsworth. We will be seeking another medical professional.
