They can't accommodate semi-ambulatory patients on a knee roller or using a rollator. They seem oriented specifically towards wheelchair operations. Nice lady on the phone but this limitation should be on their website.

Aspire in Hoover arranged transportation with this company for a doctor appointment and we could not have been more pleased. The wheelchair was secure, the driver was friendly and confident in handling my mom in the chair and he was an excellent driver. Very, very pleased with this experience!

Called to get a approximate price. The lady on the phone said she couldn't do it without putting everything in the computer system. I then said , "you can't give me an approximate price? That's weird " and she hung up on me. Called back and she was VERY RUDE on the phone so I told her I would definitely not be using them nor anyone I knew would. Then I hung up. NOT a professional business!!
