I want to say that for the most part, the staff was exceptional in my care. Out of the many nurses that I had, only one that was bad. She stole an Amazon Gift Card that I had gotten for my birthday from my brother. It was sat in my open purse (I could only reach so far with my iv and left it open after I had gotten a brush out.) by the sink and she was the only person over there and I felt uncomfortable with her being near it but didn’t get it closed until the next morning. I did not check for the card, I just zipped it. I realized that it was missing after I had gotten back home. She had kind of big hair, light brown or dark blonde, with a big mole on the side of her face! I know the other nurse she was working with’s name. So I hope to find out who she is at least.. I just don’t want someone else to lose their $100 Amazon Gift Card or ANY money! She was the only one that was rude to me and stayed clear of me completely after getting me water at the sink, where my purse was!
The Dr. Hadley and the other nurses Sarrah, Mami, Bea, and Morgan were all exceptional and on top of everything all the time! The CNA’s were awesome as well!!! I know it was my fault for having my purse open, but when you are laid up in the hospital you think you’re safe from that happening!

My daughter was taken to ER on Sunday, June 23. She had spiked a fever. They run tests and could not find the problem. Finally got her out of ICU and into a room on Tuesday June 25. This was a mistake because the night crew let her heart rate get to 40 and her O2 level at 88 during the night! She had gone septic! When the day nurse came, the night crew said all were good but failed to check on a 30 Y O patient has these low vitals and isn’t concerned?
They could not get her transferred correctly. And told us at 11:30 that it would be in either Baptist or St Vincent’s in LR. Nope, again they can’t even figure that out. Finally at 8:30 pm Wednesday, June 26 she gets to Ft. Smith.

No trust in this hospital. I pray some hospital will take over this poorly managed hospital, soon! Trustees, I hope you read these…

Had to take my son into the emergency room. He was seen quickly and the staff was amazing and thorough. Dr. Knox and the male nurse last name was Morrow both did a fantastic job making my son feel heard and understood exactly what he needed.

Over half the staff doesn't work here. They just collect the paycheck and watch people die. Shout out to Tristan for lying about procedure/policy and for telling me he would try to get my mother in law transfered closer to my home, but I guess he will say anything if it gets him out of work. He's more helpful at home anyways, considering he lied to get out of making one to two more phone calls.

Honestly, she never should have been rough here in the first place. It's just a waiting room to transfer patients elsewhere. There's like 2 people in this building that have any business in the medical field. Some are so neglectful it's breaching over into criminal.

Let's top that off we me having a miscarriage here a year ago. They would not see me without taking my insurance info. Straight up refused to let me see a doc while I'm bleeding, crying, and losing my baby. To top it off, they then refused to bill my insurance. Instead, they called a charity and asked them to pay it. What a waste of money that should have went to people who actually needed it. Discusting use of resources.

I can say it's probably a great place to go of you need some alone time, cuz you'll be ignored out of fear that if they acknowledge you, they may have to do something.

Gotta say tho, we had 2 great nurses that wanted to help but found themselves restricted by the beauracy that is medicine. The doc that came in the evening seemed like he wanted to be helpful too. It's so sad watching paperwork, systems, and poor policy literally kill people. I'm sure that weighs on them working here. Unfortunately for us, the night nurse that replaced them seem to hate her job.

Seriously, dont even bother with this place if you urgently need medical treatment. They are not qualified to give it.

Lovely clean newer facility with a fantastic staff. Nurses are attentive and polite even with the most difficult patients. I am so impressed with this team. They should get an award or bonus for their performance

Giving it a low rating because of how I was treated by nurses when I was in labor with my daughter(first child so I didn’t know what was going on much). I asked my nurse who was on night shift to explain a little more to me on what was going on, they did not hook any monitors to me the whole time. They didn’t check how dilated I was for almost 4 hours and when they checked I was fully dilated and was told I couldn’t get the epidural now but I insisted and got the epidural. I’m giving it two stars though because my OBGYN(dr.case) was the most nice and helpful people there when she got there at about 1:30am and stayed in the room with me until i delivered my daughter.

Good hospital back in 2019 lady at Emergency lobby was exent help me go right in every one was very professional fix me right way 10min later back to work!
