Super nice people. They were prompt, courteous, caring, and professional. Facility s super clean and easy to access with parking at doorstep. Lobby is very comfortable and relaxing. They offered complimentary drinks and snacks while waiting.
This was a pleasant and learning experience. I'll look forward to a return visit someday. My ears and I, thank you Johnston Audiology.

The services and doctor were great but the $50 billing charge is deceptive. Especially when you told them upfront that my all my medical deductibles were met for the year and I should not have any other fees. That’s the reason why I chose this group since they were in network. Needless to say I received a bill. I even confirmed with them before the appointment end when I arrived. Very disappointed. I would not recommend.

I recently visited Johnson Audiology for an ear cleaning, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The receptionist was super nice and courteous to everyone waiting, which made the whole place feel really welcoming.

Dr. Kristen did an awesome job with the cleaning. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The clinic was clean and well-organized, so I felt totally at ease.

Overall, it was a five-star visit. I definitely recommend Johnson Audiology if you need any audiology services. Thanks for making my visit so easy and pleasant!

I am traveling from out of town and forgot my hearing aid supplies! I called and was greeted most welcoming with affirmative they had the supplies for my brand hearing aids! When I arrived at their office the next day, they remembered me, were instantly accommodating, had exactly what I needed, and very knowledgeable and extremely friendly too! I highly recommend this location!

This is one of the best places I have been for my hearing. The people there are so throuogh, the explained everything in such a way that when you left you knew just what was needed. They covered all my needs.
They are the best.
