I cannot say enough good things about Kimberly Kaliszewski! She goes above and beyond with every concern I have. I have had a medical issue for years, with no answers, and she has been adamant about finding some for me. It is so reassuring to have someone who really cares about her patients and is determined to find answers!

Very upset because i used to come here 2 years ago never had a problem. Called off my new number to schedule an appointment and they told me since its been 2yrs we are going to process you as a new patient. I left work early and took an uber to be on time for my appointment just for the front desk to say they reached out to me twice to reschedule the appointment and i told them i never received a call. I asked what number they had on file and it was an old number. I tried to see if anyone else can see me today since i took time off work and paid to be here but she kept saying im sorry i called you twice as if she had the right number and informed me. Just very inconsiderate of my situation an if initially they were going to treat me as a new patient why not make sure i have the same address and phone number to avoid situations like this. Very disappointed in my experience today.

Susan Garrity is a very good nurse practitioner. She asks very good questions to try to determine what is causing me to feel dizzy. It is easy to see that she genuinely cares about her patients. I feel very cared for. She is the best.

I recently became a new patient of the doctor, and I wouldn't have enough space to write how satisfied I am with the doctor's care and knowledge. From the very beginning, he made me feel listened to and thoroughly explained things so I could understand and find solutions to the reason for my consultation.

She is the most intelligent , knowledgeable doctor I’ve came across so far here and actually listens to your concerns or your needs . Don’t usually do reviews but figured I’d give credit where it’s due .

Brooke was great!
She was new to me therefore introduced herself. I was at BPC&C for a rash due to medication. Brooke made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable environment. She knew right away what my issue was.
I highly recommended her if you’re looking for a PCP-NP.

I went for a preop app't and was told i needed a physical before my surgery. All I needed was an E.K.G. as I had surgery a month ago and was already cleared. I went for my appt and was told it was the day before. Wrong! I called at 3:30 and was given an 8:30 appt. They told me it was for the day before. Impossible. Rebooked got there early and was told they couldn't take me until 2 hrs. later. When i finally saw Sue she examined me and when done told me that they wouldn't clear me for surgery as I needed cardiac testing. I told her i had just had surgery last month and had my cardio testing in Oct.'24. I told her to check. She apologized and said I was correct. I've been a patient of Dr. Terzians for 40 years. I've had terrible care and treatment for the last # of years. The office staff is in turmoil . The only thing good is his nurse, Maureen!!!! I was one of Dr's first patients and feel totally disrespected and saddened by the care not given to his loyal patients...Paula G.
