Had to write a review after reading some prior ones. This place is GREAT. I went to the New Smyrna beach office, and I have to say it was nice and clean. They have a nice saltwater fishtank in the lobby to check out. Regarding my visit. It was fantastic. Ashley and Lacie at the front desk are super friendly and made me feel like I've been going there forever. I saw N.P. Andrew. He was great. I'd highly recommend him. He ordered some labs for me to do and instead of just giving me the sheet, he took his time and went over what we are checking for and why. I especially like that he asked for my opinion several times throughout the appointment. I also had the last appointment of the day and at no point did i feel rushed. Not sure about Dr. Yee, but Andrew, Ashley, and Lacie are doing a great job at the New Smyrna location.

I came down from Indiana to help my sister who has kidney failure. I thought our doctor office's were bad, the incompetency of the staff in the New Smyrna office is off the chart. They are unprofessional, lack of communication is missing, and if you want a call back, better plan on waiting a few days. She has waiting MONTHS for a referral for an orthopedic surgeon, for knee replacement. She fell 3 times just the first 2 days I was here, because her knee is so bad. My sister and brother in law, both say the doctors are great, but the staff, doesn't care at all. If a nurse makes you feel like you are a waste of their time, they definately picked the wrong profession.

Even though I waited a bit, it was worth it. Dr. Yee is perhaps the most intelligent, well-rounded doctor I have ever encountered. His wife, Dr. Luong, shares his compassion and intelligence. He spent about 30 minutes with me, going over some abnormal labs, and I felt comfortable enough to admit I haven't been feeling well or right for a long time. I pride myself on being strong, but things just haven't been right. The lab results caught the problem, and he was quick to order more tests to get to the bottom of my illness.

I am so relieved I can get treated and feel better. I am so thankful that he doesn't prejudge patients because of gender or lack of insurance (I am in between insurance right now). I work for a medical office, and although the office where I work also is non-judgmental, there are many, many offices out there that are quick to judge patients and treat them differently according to their ability to pay, their race and their gender. It is extremely refreshing to have a doctor like Dr. Yee and Dr. Luong, who still have the compassion and desire to help they had when they first started practicing many years ago.

I would recommend them to anyone. They're awesome, and I am looking forward to feeling normal again. Thank you, Dr. Yee. I feel better knowing that my condition is treatable. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything, and to actually look at the labs that had been overlooked in the past. I appreciated it.
