This place is great. The reason for my visit of course wasn't fun, but they were very helpful and the wait times were extremely short. They were great on the phone too, I would 100% come here again if I needed to. Every service I received here was quick and everyone I dealt with was very nice. I don't know why the reviews are so poor.

I called to make an appointment, and when speaking to the nurse Adrianna, she was less then thrilled to take my call. She snapped at me as I began to explain what was going on so she could ask me the very thing I was explaining to her, no sense of compassion or sincerity at all, just rude and don't care. Only to basically tell me to treat myself at home and got annoyed when I decided to keep my appointment. You don't handle PATIENTS that way and they're legit concerned and trying to get care.

My husband saw Dr. Patel. He was not caring or concerned about my husband's pain in his feet that kept him up for 2 nights. We thought he was coming back to the room,but the assistant came back with discharge papers and some lab work. He does not have bedside manners at all. Ask for someone else he sees you.

Dr Thomas Miller was great. I showed up to his clinic a couple hours after a bad motorcycle crash. He treated my symptoms. Gave me medicine information I need to continue to heal. Recommended me to a surgeon. Everything went well. If I ever have another emergency, I would come back here. Staff were very nice.

Great Urgent Care - Easy to make an appointment on line; front office staff was great - physician was wonderful; in and out within 30 minutes. Overall, great care and I really appreciate having access to urgent care on the weekends and not needing to wait until Monday when you are sick.
