CHOOSE BETTER. Came here 2020. Leaving in 2024. Medical CARE has been wholly lacking at this site. Much more "keeping the patient BUSY w referrals" but very little " getting the patient actual health CARE." Very unorganized, which appears to be applicable to all of JMHC.
If you have other choices, you should seriously consider them.

Well where to start… these doctors do not know how to do their job. First of all, Alyssa in the front desk does not know how to do their job. I called 4 months ahead and they said their only appointment was October. I literally had to beg them to get an appointment in July. They tell me they have one available but it is 45 minutes away. I took it. Then, I reach there and Alyssa at the front desk tells me to sign all these forms. I then had to wait 40 minutes, all for Alyssa at the front desk to tell me she forgot to check me in and the doctor had already left. They then gave my the option of having an appointment 4 months later. Never come here … the front desk staff don’t know what they are doing, no one knows anything. I would strongly advise you get another doctor.

Worst hospital I have ever been to. The entire stafff does not know what they weee doing. They made me wait an half and a half. When I asked why they said they let someone who had an appointment 45 minutes after me go because they had a technical glitch. It was Alyssa B at the front desk. The entire front desk staff had absolutely no idea what they were doing. When I finally went it, the doctor was not even expecting me. It wasted so much of the my time, worst experience ever.

Horrible hospital. I had an appointment which I even confirmed for over the phone. I get there and the front desk were the most rude people I have ever met. They make me fill out this extremely long form. Then, I have to wait 30 minutes just for them to say the doctor left. In what world can the doctor just leave while the patient is waiting?

Is the worst care system, mistake after mistake, "My Doctor" sent me to a orthodontist and they did IMR on my arm and they found a vascular tumor, the specialist ofer me to open and remove it, I want to talk to my doctor to see if I should have a vascular doctor or oncologist to remove it. In the front desk on Jhon Muir said my doctor is not a expert
I should do wherever the other doctor says, so f.... Second opinion
I like one of the doctors and the manager of the chart , from there nobody knows what they are doing and don't care about the patients
Going there for help with your health get your more sick about this sistem
