This MD is amazing. I’ve wished he was closer to Huntsville, because he’s better than anyone you’d see here. He was exactly what we needed for my VBAC after the loss of our first child who was delivered via C-section in 2015. When I was pregnant after our 8oz 10oz baby girl was delivered by Dr Johansson, I was terrified that he’d changed his hours. He called us after hours and said he would work with us on hours to see me (we’re 2 hours away in Huntsville) Shortly after, we found out I was pregnant with twins. He was honest with us. He wanted the best for our babies. I wish there were more OBGYNs like this one.

Dr. Johannson listens and is so positive! I wanted a natural birth and to labor in the water and he was very supportive. He is laid back but also very knowledgeable and helpful. I am so happy that he delivered our new little guy!

Five years ago I chose this office and I'd choose them everytime! The staff is so friendly and caring (and they don't forget you!), the atmosphere is always relaxing and the care is top notch. The wait time isn't long either because they check you in while you're waiting in your car from the parking lot. I prefer that so much more versus sitting in a chair waiting to be called. It's nice that they are still very conscious of Covid, too. I highly recommend them!

Though I have not been a patient since 2017, but I will rate my experience from then. I actually moved to Atlanta then to Birmingham so I had to change Doctors due to my moving and needed my travel to be convenient to where I was living at that time, but my experience with Dr Johansson and his staff has always been wonderful. They all are Very professional very kind, also Dr Johansson he’s very understanding to his patients Dr Johansson will listen to your concerns and he’s very helpful throughout any procedure. Overall experience absolutely wonderful. Thank you to Dr Johansson & Staff
