I came to Dr. Lampert during a challenging time after becoming a new mom and having no family support in the area. He allowed me to bring my infant son with me to appointments and we sat on the floor while we talked and played with my baby. I loved that he was so accommodating and supportive. He always has a great sense of humor and keeps things light but still sees the seriousness of situations. He’s down to earth, genuine, and humble. And he has a way of articulating things very well to help me see them in a new light. He listens and keeps things simple. I was recommended to Dr Justin Lampert around this time last year and it’s almost crazy to say my life is completely different than it was a year ago. Seeing Dr Justin every week has brought such a different light into my life and I really can’t thank him enough. His sincere friendly approach makes for such an easygoing appointment and totally takes away the “fearfulness” of seeking out help for my mental health. I genuinely look forward to seeing him every week and often times wish I could have a little pocket sized Dr Justin to bring with me! If I could use one word to describe Doctor Justin the word would be phenomenal. Let me start out by saying I have never had good luck with therapy. I never felt like I was being listened to or cared for and I can honestly tell you this is not the case with Justin. Doc listens to everything I have to say and gives me real honest feedback he doesn’t pander to my ego or try to lie he tells you the straight up truth. Never have I ever respected someone more than Doc J. The changes I have made since I have started my appointments have been life changing and big leaps to the person I hope to become. Doc always tells me how much progress I have made and where he expects/would like me to be in life. He makes me feel valued and he understands that sometimes good people make bad decisions. During my appointments I never feel judged or scared about what I’m going to say, I used to be ashamed to say I was going to therapy and I can no longer say that. I am proud to be here and it’s the best part of my week. I look forward to my appointments every week and I will continue to go for as long as I can. I think the most important thing Doc tells me is that I made all the changes in my life on my own and he’s just there to help me through the rough patches. He doesn’t take credit for the good decisions I make instead he makes me realize I worked hard and if I continue to work hard great things will happen. If you have to choose a doctor in South west Florida I highly recommend it to be Doctor Justin. I would like to finish up this review by saying thank you Doc for all that you do. Thank you for being a real one and thank you for listening, thank you for always being there for me. Dr. Justin Lampert is the best there is at what he does. His greatest strength, besides his knowledge and skill, is that he is able to communicate his help in a way that is easy to understand.

Dr. Lampert was recommended to me by my general care doctor. I was going through a very transitional phase of my life. Having re-patriated to the US from the UK... due to Covid. Everything was a new challenge to me and I needed a sounding board to help me figure out how to build a life in the US. Dr. Lampert's more casual approach suited me very much. He is extremely intelligent and an excellent listener. He was empathetic to my situation and helped me come up with plans and strategies to deal with everything I was going through.
