I was a little hesitant because of the mixed reviews but the experience here was great. The tech that did my sleep study was super nice and very funny. They were also so accommodating to my service dog. Although I did not meet the front desk lady/office manager so I can not say if she is rude or not.

They say they're booked but they're really not, It's just laziness and incompetence. I've been getting the run around for weeks with them.
If you can try to go somewhere else that knows what they're doing.

My Father was scheduled for a appointment and we drove a hour away to find that the office was closed we were vary disappointed 😞
