TL;DR: waiting times are atrocious

drove 30 minutes for an appointment at 1:15 for my father, got taken into back room before appointment time and ended up spending about 30 minutes just sitting in the room while people were being seen who came in way later than us. we left and the lady wants to ask if we want to reschedule… why? so we can just be thrown in a room and forgotten about?

anyways, father wants to find a new endocrinologist now and i just want to get him taken care of
