I went to this facility in 2023 with promises of support for my auto-immune deficiency and related symptoms. Unfortunately, it felt like just another office even though I was told that they had experience with my condition before making my appointment. Since then I have been going back and forth with them over a balance that's due because the doctor's listed in my statement were doctor's I had never seen....that went to collections. I sent them proof of 2 payments I made that they didn't show reflected in their statements (which I found after scouring through my different bank statements) and have yet to receive a response from them regarding it. My account is still with collections and they didn't communicate with the collections agency that they are still investigating the matter. It's been over a month since I sent them proof of payment and have not heard back from them. I also submitted a complaint with BBB which they have not responded to. I love the idea of their office and the services they offer, but it's a bit unorganized and not very innovative.

I was referred to Jiva Health Concord by La Clinica to see a podiatrist and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Gerard Austin for a consultation. He scheduled me for ingrown toenail removal on my right toe. Dr. Austin demonstrated exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the procedure. He took the time to explain each step he was taking and ensured I was comfortable and pain-free. I was very satisfied with the results, and my toe healed within a week.

After two months, I returned for the removal of the ingrown toenail on my left toe, and I experienced the same excellent results. I'm truly grateful for Dr. Austin's care and expertise! The only downside during my second visit was the hour-long wait due to a high volume of patients. However, scheduling appointments is very easy, either by phone or through the MyChart app. The AC unit has been fixed, making the waiting area comfortable, and there is convenient parking available. I highly recommend Dr. Gerard Austin for all your podiatry needs!

I called several times for an appointment because my mom referred to this place to see a a specialist, however even though i left my contact for a call back, no one reached me out. This justifies a bad customer service, I am not going to try again.

I wouldn't even give Jiva Health one star, but unless I do I cannot post.
They are impossible to reach. I have called over 10 times in the last month to change my appointment only to reach one person who never followed up.
Sorry......but I would not recommend this organization.

Predatory. They just want the copay and to get you out asap. The "doctor" couldn't prescribe. They didn't have any access to my medical charts for the last few years. There were 7 receptionist, 2 guarding the front door. No signs for this business on the door or the building. They won't actually offer any help,maybe a flu shot.

My PA cancelled my appt. 2 weeks ago. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later. This time she never showed...
No apology or excuse. The staff knew nothing. There needs to be an overhaul in management. Reading other reviews, I think I'm not the only one.
Compency is sorely missing here.
Onward to a clinic who gives a hoot.

I’m not sure who answers the phone but the person was rude and hung up on me with a snide remark when I told her she needed to get help answering phone calls to promptly help patients. I was put on hold for a very long time also. If this is how Jiva treats its existing patients, I need to find a better health care provider.

OMG, talk about a repetitive waste of time. Try their intake form. How many times do I have to type my own name. If these people are as smart as their programmers appear to be. I don’t want anything to do with them. They get 1 more chance.
Want to bet it’s all about selling me a machine that I DO NOT want, instead of having a one time surgery ?
