You can't get them to answer the phone!!!. I had to drive to one of the locations close to me to make an appointment. I was calling as I was there and they have the ringers off!

I’ve been calling for the past three days because Dr.Cordon never sent the prescription to the referral department. My appointment with my gyn is in two days and most likely I’ll end up missing my appointment thanks to this staff negligence. At this office No one picks up the phone. And when they finally do they transfer you to an extension where no one answers. Nurse never calls back no matter how many tasks or messages I leave her. Worst medical office I’ve ever been to. Really disappointed.

Good staff and professional. Wait time can be an issue. My stepdaughter had a 10:30 am appointment and didn't get seen until close to 12. However they do offer lots of free services so this is to be expected. Other than that, the doctors, nurses and receptionists were friendly and informative and the experience was not bad

This place doesn’t need to be opened and doesn’t need to be collecting state or federal resources! I’ve been calling for over 3 weeks to get an appointment Supposedly they always have an answering service who answers and the office staff is supposed to call back. They never call back. They never follow up! How are you working in health care and failed at the most common basic issues concerning people health. This is beyond ridiculous! If you can answer calls and service people then close TF down!

Absolutely the worst place ever. I had an appointment 9am, I was told to be there 20 mins before to fill out paperwork. When I show up the doors are closed and no one shows up till 10am. No one called me to tell me to come later. I didn’t see my doctor till 11am. I waited an hour to see the doctor and I was the second person to see the front desk. The staff is horrible. They are unprofessional and very rude. They do not speak professionally and speak and a rude way. I had to wait another hour to get my blood work done. Her speed was 0.00. I will never visit this location again. Look else where DO NOT COME HERE

service can be improved. I ask for a Monday appointment with my ob. the nurses said that day the dr. prefers Tuesdays. I say I perfer mondays I'm the patient I should decide what timing is best for me. anyways the dr. says mondays are fine. I get my appointments now Monday. and mrs. reese the worker who's job is suppose to help you get your breast pump and other supplies. has no idea of what's going on instead she ask me she wants to check my emails. which is inappropriate. that's private and personal. like I told her I check my emails everyday to check status on what she claims send out for items. so I decided to call for myself. they said they send the dr. stating my breast pump will only be given during delivery. which this lady mrs. reese said she didn't know. I'm to far along to change doctors I'm just staying with them for now. plus when I mentioned how inappropriate to dr. brown on how asking to go through my personal email is not inappropriate. she actually said it's not. lol..I never had anyone want to check my email like if I'm lying about any information. and there obsessed with having me do a survey which I don't do. unless I want to. and when I said no it seemed not to there liking. until I finally did it to get them off from sticking it in my face when making my new ob appointment. the pro here is that I have always been seen quickly and the receptionist are nice.

It’s March 6th, 2019 11:50am and this place is horrible!!! I called here literally 5 times before I arrived and would be holding for over 10 minutes just for somebody to pick up the phone and hang up. When I walked in it’s two black females whispering in each other’s ear for minutes without even asking me how can they help me. I had to take it upon myself to ask which application sheet it is that I fill out because they refused to assist me & had the nerve to have an attitude when I asked a question.... on top of that I’m watching the other young lady sit on her cell phone scrolling through social media while the phone is just ringing and this is the reason my phone call was never answered all those times I called prior to me arriving. This place is so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. I will never in my life come here again ... the people they have working here is going to be the reason this place lose a lot of money/customers. Just because it’s located in a ghetto neighborhood don’t mean you have to have ghetto people working here.
