I called for assistance, was transferred, no answer, left a message 2 weeks ago, to this day no one has returned my call. On first initial visit the tech was very helpful. I guess calling for assistance or questions isn’t important. Going in person would be best

Upon release from Brookwood Medical Center on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, I was in need of respiratory equipment to proceed safely home. I called Jernigan Healthcare, within an hour Jernigan had delivered an oxygen generator, nebulizer, to us, fully explained it, and I was safely home.

Attention all c-pap users::: Great news about a wonderful company!!! Jernigans Health Supplies has what has made me not only happy, and content using my machine now but glad to know and use this company. Last Thursday when I put my side sleeper mask on to go to bed I discovered a kitten had damaged my mask. At that late hour there was nothing but try to sleep without using my mask. Which was almost impossible. But the next day I called Jernigans and was told to bring my mask in and they would fix me up with another one. Oh my goodness did they ever fix me up with the most comfortable mask I have ever used. The N30i mask is brand new on the market and I was blessed to be the first one Jernigans issued one to. Thank you so very much for saving my nights with your new side sleeper mask N30i. I love the defused air escape and the added nose comfy cushion.

I called in and needed help with getting a replacement mask immediately because I was going out of town. Alicia was so nice & helpful. She called my doctor, got my prescription refilled and got my mask ready for pickup in about 30 minutes. I hope she is being well taken care of as you don’t always see this service these days.

Two employees stand out at Jernigan's, Justin and Ms.Kris; both love their job and it is conveyed in the service they provide. Justin goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer has what is needed and thoroughly explains how to get the best use of the medical equipment. Ms.Kris always has a smile for those coming in to visit the store.

My sleep clinic recommended this company. Although the staff was nice. They have no public restroom, you have to go to the service station two doors down. Companies should stop recommending them until they get their restroom fixed. If you travel a long ways to get there, I would suggest you find a restroom before you get there. That is poor customer service.

Have been trying for 4 months to receive a wheelchair from this company through Medicare. Any questions we have posed to them about the progress of our order , has been met with outright lies and rude customer service. I’ve been in retail management for 35yrs and can not even comprehend, how you stay in business treating your customers this way. Definitely stay away from rent equipment from this company!
