This is by far the best Dr's. and Dr's office I have ever been to in my life. The girls at the front desk, as well as any assistants Dr. Jeremy has, and Dr. Osborne himself were the BEST EVER. His bedside manner was superb. He took his time and never got in a rush. After reviewing my past health information, he repeated everything we talked about. Everything went so smooth from checking in to seeing the doctor himself. I haven't any complaints at all. Everything seems to just flow and it made me feel very happy to have chosen Dr. Jeremy. Love Dr. Osborne, Brandy and the whole staff! Every time my husband and I have an appointment, we are greeted by name with smiles and kindness and incredible care. The nurses and doctor take time with us to answer any questions we may have, and nothing is ever rushed. My husband historically has never liked going to the doctor or trusted doctors, and this medical group has changed his whole outlook for the better. We feel so fortunate to have found this practice and Dr. Osborne!

Wait time was good. Girls are the front desk were sweet and they interacted so well with patients and seemed invested in them and their wellbeing. Nurses were super friendly and outgoing. Dr. Osborne helped and listened to me when I have struggled to find a doctor who would solve a problem with me, and care about my concerns and preferences. He heard my concerns, and it felt like a conversation, not just a doctor coming in and talking at me. I’ve recommended him to everyone I know and I’m so thankful someone recommended him to me! I went for one thing, but he was so thorough that he asked about everything I had going on and checked to make sure everything seemed good in those medical areas. I truly felt cared for. He’s one of the good ones.
