I tried to exchange an item, but didn’t have my bill. Cashier said that I had to talk to the assistant manager. Assistant manager said he couldn’t exchange it because I could’ve stolen the item (loud enough for people to look over at us lol) - Seriously?

I used to love shopping in this place even though i knew I was getting fleeced. Bye bye Jensen’s

Tonight… the worst chicken breast I’ve ever cooked or seen. Could not eat it. It was extremely thick.
Very rubbery texture.
Very low quality. When the center of the plate is inedible, in ruins the entire dinner.

Seriously disappointed. Their sandwiches are normally great but the pastrami I got was all bread with hardly any pastrami. Maybe because it was the special?

I’m just recovering from an epilepsy seizure that I had last week and I fractured my wrist and my two front teeth, my boyfriend lives in UK and he tried to get a good floweriest place because he wanted to send me flowers which I received few minutes ago and they are beautiful, the man who delivered the flowers was very kind.

It's like the best of the old neighborhood markets that virtually don't exist anymore; that is, this store offers outstanding personal attention and service in every department (particularly in my case -- the produce department). Groceries and bottled water that are top quality and hard to find are carried here. I've found that the greens in "clamshell" containers last longer than from anywhere else. All of the employees are cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The music isn't too loud. Senior discount of 10% on Mondays. A total gem.
