Dr Jenny Chapman, has been our family MD for some years now. I think that she is one of the most understanding and very attentive to the needs of her patients. She listens to any issues that may arise and is very responsive to any health questions that you may have.
She takes her time with you.
She is very patient and is not one of those Drs that are in the exam room, for 5 min and then on to the next patient. I highly recommend her. Lastly, she is very kind and compassionate human being. That goes miles with us.

I was able to get an appointment on Monday after falling ill over the weekend. I got an afternoon appointment, was seen by Dr. Chapman and received a prescription. Started feeling better in three days as she predicted I would. I have been using this office since 1998 and continue to be well pleased with my care.

Dr. Chapman has been my Dr. ever since she graduated med school! So I guess I'm really pleased with her! Her office is very efficient. Her nurse, Katie, is a sweetheart and very kind. I did like it better when she had her own office. She wasn't regulated by Crestwood and could spend alot more time with you. Dr. C. is very knowledgeable and is great at trying to get to the reason for my issues. Only complaint is having to talk to the call center when I call. Wish there was someone at the office answering phones.
