I am sad to write this review since my experiences with Dr. Sun have been very positive.

The Problem is how the office is organized.
Please be aware that the front desk almost never answers the phone and WILL NOT call you back within the time frame they say on their answering machine. I have tried and tried the past few days to get an appointment due to exposure to Mycotoxins and they will not return my call.

I wish this office would have a better System in place.
Due to the lack of responsiveness I will have to change my primary.
I am sad Dr. Sun.

Dr Sun has good old fashion bedside manners. She truly listens to you and she is very professional. I change my insurance to keep her as my primary physician. Office staff Sonia also very professional and courteous.

Good if you have a minor scrape or something small. Anything beyond that don’t do it! No communication and lack of response. She sent me for blood work three weeks ago and I still haven’t heard from her. She was supposed to schedule an MRI for me, after waiting two weeks my surgeon had to step in and schedule for me. I finally got a call from her receptionist a week after I had my MRI. I was directed by Dr. Sun on my zoom appointment with her child in the background to go to her office and pick up paperwork my wife had to go as well for paperwork when we got there the office was closed after knocking on the door for a few minutes for reception is finally came to the door and treated us like we were going to rob the place. The office is never open and the receptionist is no help at all. Like I said if you sprain your hip doing yoga or something she’s good to talk to on a zoom call other than that you’ll probably never see her. Good luck!

I can be a difficult person to care for. I have my own ideas about health and wellbeing, sometimes misguided or reactionary. Nonetheless, Dr. Sun has been absolutely wonderful with her care. She’s patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. As of this posting, I have only seen her three times and in those three visits I was convinced that she should be my wife’s primary care physician also. My wife has switched and she’s happy she did.
