Dr. Thompson staff and office manager are complete nonsense...its not worth it to go see her for the run around you get the excuses and then the patient blaming. Don't go to Dr. Thompson....you won't get sick appointments when needed...need an annual they won't get you in for MONTHS....then blame you for not scheduling it a YEAR in advance!! They state their policy is oh we always schedule a year in advance...then why wasn't I scheduled in advance on my way put as they claim? Oh that is my fault....I'm done with this Sacred Heart office and the incompetent staff of scheduling and managers. Blaming the parent's for their failures and then also telling me I treated them with disrespect....give me a break!!! We will be finding another doctor with better staff and scheduling!!!

Jennifer C. Thompson, MD, has been my childrens Pediatrician for about fifteen years now!! We love her and are so thankful to have her!! She is highly intelligent, knowledgeable, and kind !! She listens, takes her time, and is extremely thorough. Which actually ended up saving my son, my nephew and my niece's life!! Not to mention, she doesn't have a problem making referrals like some other doctors do. My kids and myself just LOVE her so much and couldn't ask for better!!
