My wife and I have been patients at this office for many years. Unfortunately, the work environment and staff have become extremely toxic, rude, condescending, confrontational, and blatantly insubordinate when addressing any care requests, almost as if they are doing you a favor. Many of the staff members we used to rely on have left for different offices, indicating a pervasive toxic environment.

If you are seeking quality medical care, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This office is not where you want to go. It is nearly impossible to get an appointment with the doctor, as they frequently push patients to see the nurse instead.

Dr. Gardener is a very nice man, however he has a major staff issue and needs to fix it.

Not a good experience with Dr. Jeffrey Gardner. He did not want to deal with an issue I was having. He said he could not refer me or have test ran. I found that hard to believe. I have good insurance so that was not an issue. He does not seem very knowledgable for a Dr., especially one who works in urgent care. Staff was all great, just this Dr. so sad.

Love everyone in his office.
Love Dr. Gardner. He isn’t pushy and is very nice and laid back. He lets me make decisions for my health and I love that. I heartily recommend him. Sometimes the wait is long. But I don’t mind because I know they are busy helping other people who are equally as important. Very pleased with this Doctor.

My 83yr. old dad is ALWAYS welcomed by the girls at the desk. They fuss over him because he wears a dodgers cap. We are always treated nice in the office. We hardly ever have to wait more than 15min. Dr Gardner is always nice and gentle to my dad. He always stops writing notes and makes eye contact with my dad when my dad is talking to him. On the phone the girls always try to accommodate appointments around my schedule. I appreciate them all. The lobby is always clean and magazines on the table are nice to read. TV reception is not good tho 🙂

Moved here from cross country and was recommended to Dr. Gardner but have only seen David Stone snd since then has gone down hill. Receptionist is irresponsible and non professional . Medical Assistant talked back to me and laughed at me. I’ve never been so disrespected. I’ve worked in the medical field, my mother has been a nurse for many years and I know many doctors in the medical field and would never ever have acted the way they have towards a patient. Clearly reading the reviews I am not the only one who feels this way. I feel sorry for Dr. Gardner because of his staff. My whole family goes there and unfortunately they will be leaving as well as myself.

I was looking for a DO to oversee my healthcare. I’ve never actually seen a Dr. Only David Stone. He’s nice enough but not thorough. My physical was under 10 minutes and I had to remind him I take a staton. They use EMR as desired by the insurance companies, so he doesn’t actually look at patient history. He explained me to tell him what was needing medical attention. There is no follow up, so you need to be prepared to manage all your medical care without much direction from Stone.
