THE OLDER HEAVY SET DOCTOR, I BELIEVE IT'S HIS FAMILY PRACTICE. HE IS RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL, NOT ONLY ARE THE PATIENTS COMPLAINING BUT THE STAFF ARE TOO. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE AND SOME PEOPLE IN THE LOBBY SAID THE SAME. HE'S NOT OUR ORIGINAL DOCTOR, OUR ORIGINAL DOCTOR NO LONG WORKS HERE ALONG WITH SOME ORIGINAL STAFF.. HE CAN DOCTOR ON HIMSELF!!!!! SO IF YOU'RE DISABLED LIKE I AM, HE WILL NOT FILL OUT THE FORMS YOU NEED TO GET A PARKING PERMIT OR FOR ANY OTHER IMPORTANT NEED. I MISS THE OTHER DOCTOR THAT WAS LET GO FROM THIS FAMILY PRACTICE, NOW HE WAS GOOD AND ALSO A CARING DOCTOR. SOME OF THE STAFF ARE JUST LIKE THE OWNER OF THIS FAMILY PRACTICE (RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL) !!!!

The doctors and staff is great! They are pleasant and very helpful. The doctors are very concerned for their patients. The staff does their part as well. They make sure your prescriptions are put in to the pharmacy as well as other needs. I would recommend anyone to this office. I want to say Thank you to the doctors and the staff for being such wonderful people! You all are the BEST!!

The receptionist are the rudest ever! they don't have empathy and the most undesirable persons ever! I can't believe that kind of persons are the one responsible of taking care of patients! Hopefully the owner of that facility read this! and review the procedures. They should be re-trained in how to deal with patients!!!!and not treat them like another number!... Sultan A. is fantastic!!! but who ever answer the phone is a $%!%!.

Very helpful and informative.. Explained everything in debt. Very happy with the manner of care I received ❤️.. I normally see Dr Ahmed buy my last visit was with 2nd Dr, I forget his name but , both Dr's are very professional and understanding. They explain and give great advice outside of medicine , such as walking more to help me. They call you back right away and even checks on me every month .. I wish all Dr's were like Jas Medical. The staff and Dr's are like family . I love them there.

I have had occasions where I could not keep an appointment, but when I walk in later in the week, they accommodate me with a smile.
