Very thorough! She was great with all three of us that were seen at the same time. We were the last ones in office that day but she did not rush care or evaluation. She gave my sick babies band-aids as well as two lollipops to keep them entertained while she finished the paperwork for us to leave. We will definitely be using her again in the future for last minute walk in sick appointments!

Everyone was very nice. I waited less than 15 minutes to be seen The nurse actually listened to my concerns and treated me with respect. She discussed the treatment plan with me and made sure I understood how to take meds and things I could do to feel better quickly. Highly recommend

The NP was very rude, condescending and had no bedside manner. If I could give a negative rating, I would certainly do so. I’ve got plenty of things to say about the treatment I received from her, NONE of which are good. I heard her making rude comments about me to the nurse station while I was waiting in the exam room for her to come in. We were from out of town and this APRN judged me even before she met me. My husband was there and was extremely upset by the treatment I received. She was Very unprofessional, very judgmental. I went to the facility for help, not to feel worse. If you’re not in a position to where you can make patients feel better, maybe just do your job without making them feel worse than when they went to you for help. I felt like I was interrupting her day and was an annoyance to her. If you can’t make a difference (positively) go work where you don’t have to interact with people. The other staff members were great.

Always a positive experience. This medical center treats me like family. Whether an appointment with my health care provider or the walk-in clinic. Treatment is always exceptional. My last visit was for a virus test. Jamison saw me right away, treated me and all my symptoms with care. Celebrated with me on the negative Covid results. Thanks to all the caregivers and staff at Santa Rosa Medical group Navarre.

This was the third time i saw Jamieson and each visit i was very impressed with her though care in finding an answer to my medical issue. She asks all the right questions and really listens to your answer or concerns. Her office is right across from my home but I'd drive further if I had to. My primary physician is great but when I can't get an appointment or have something urgent I feel comforted having Jamieson close. Her office staff are wonderful. Thank you so much!!!

Jean is my husband, but I’m the one who saw Ms. Peterman. When she walked into the exam room, I was instantly relieved. I’ve seen her one other time and loved her then. She diagnosed what I thought I had, ordered meds, and I was on my way. I am grateful that she’s still there!! She is amazing. I’d like to add that the whole staff is helpful, friendly and caring. It’s a relief that this care is so close to our neighborhood. Thank you to all of them.

Everyone was extremely nice from the receptionist, to nurse, to x-ray tech and doctor. The doctor listened to my problem, asked questions and then determined the problem and solution. I have used this facility last year and received the same excellent care. I would definitely recommend this facility.
