After thoroughly researching clinics and reading reviews, I decided to go with Dr. Uche for my Tummy Tuck and 360 Lipo procedure. From the very first consultation, he stood out with his professionalism, extensive knowledge, and his ability to make me feel at ease and confident in his expertise. During the procedure itself, I remained awake, and Dr. Uche consistently checked in with me to ensure I felt no pain, which made the experience much more comfortable. Amazingly, I was able to walk off the operating table right after the surgery. Dr. Uche followed up with me the very next day and continued to check on me regularly every other day, carefully monitoring my recovery and vitals, which were always excellent. I experienced minimal pain, no bleeding, and particularly appreciated that no drains were needed in my stomach—significantly reducing the risk of infection. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Uche and his team for their exceptional skill, knowledge, and caring approach.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I get nervous every time I go to the Dr so I definitely appreciate their patience with me. Dr. Uche is great to talk to and has motivated me to pay more attention to my health. Thank You!

Very unprofessional. I sent over my insurance card and was told that I would be called if they didn’t accept my insurance. No one called. So to be safe I called several times just to make sure and was told they would give me a call back. I never got a call back until the morning of my appointment as I’m pulling up in three driveway just to be told they didn’t accept my insurance. I saw the red flags and should had just canceled.
If they can’t at least communicate properly I’m sure they can’t do other things correctly.
Waste your time if you want!!

I have been a patient here for many years more than five! Dr Uche is an amazing provider but his staff is another story. Being in the medical profession having worked both front and back office some things just shouldn't happen. In the past, the staff was even more rude and horrible than the staff now. Ashton was the best team member he had she knew him well and the patients and her office skills were impeccable! She has been gone for about three years and the level of service has gone to hell in a handbasket while Dr Uche still doing his big one in the back. In the past, I have mentioned this to him and he said he would look into it because he values his patients and cares how they are treated. Fast forward its 2023 and the level of front office care is at an all-time low "Janee" in particular is the rudest of them all and the reason I am not continuing my care with my long-time provider. right now I have COVID-19 and can not get the medical attention I need because of a clerical error and I been a patient for over 5 years! These mistakes were not caught before appointment day nor are they patient errors. It would seem to me that my health would trump whatever error that can't be corrected today but per "Janee" Oh you won't be seen today unless you are prepared to pay out of pocket! Not today! Ok, Janee I will just take my business elsewhere and tell everyone I know that my long-term provider could care less I have COVID-19 cause his staff says I HAVE ONE UNPAID BILL THAT I NEED TO CORRECT BEFORE THE DOCTOR WILL HAVE A TELEVISIT THAT WAS SCHEDULED DUE TO COVID! Never again.

This place is amazing ! The staff is really helpful and sweet . Zabrina in particular helped me through a very stressful situation. Every time I come here she is nothing but kind and makes me feel comfortable . Give her a raise ASAP ! Doctor Uche is one of the greatest doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing . He’s so professional yet understanding of his clients situations . If you’re ever having any non emergency health problems, Jax Total Care will definitely take care of you !

Thanks to Jax Total Care, I am gradually getting to my weight loss goals… Dr Uche is a great Doctor that listens and understands, and easy to get along with ,he really wants to help and he motivates and tells you the honest truth… the staffs are also very friendly and will try their best to accommodate ur schedule… I enjoy coming here for my WeightLoss treatments…their price is amazing and I am seeing results…

Chelsea was extremely friendly, professional, polite and above all knowledgeable and helpful! Loved it! Got my questions answered fast, as well as took the time to explain the situation. 10/5 stars. Thank you Chelsea!! (Ps if it's actually 'Chelsey' forgive me, I couldn't quite remember which!) Additionally, Dr Uche and team are no hassle and excellent at making everything smooth and streamlined. I've been coming here for my Medical card for a couple years now and no complaints!

My entire family has been going to this doctor for 4 years and I have never had a problem with him. People may not know how to take him because he is brutally honest. Most doctors will tell you what you want to hear to keep you coming back but not this doctor. If you want to be healthy and hear the truth, Dr Uche is the one for you. He has a new staff and manager and they are Great!!
