Can't say enough about the team at JOI Nocatee. Anthony, Bret and Steve pushed with me beyond what I thought was capable in my rehabbing of my knee replacement. Kim, the receptionist was so accommodating when I needed to adjust my PT scheduling. The team at JOI is awesome.

I do not have words to describe how grateful I am for all PT sessions from Valerie. Professional, always knowing what patients are doing and if they need to do better. I am a complex case with back surgery and hip replacement, both in the past 6 months. Valerie analyzed careful my case and provided the best care. I am blessed to have one of the best PT I had in the past 10 years when I had both knees and shoulders replaced.
JOI Nocatee Rehab is a wonderful facility with a beautiful view.
Kim, the office coordinator at Nocatee, is also great helping me schedule all appointments and always have a good word to say.

I really enjoyed the physical therapists Steve and Elaina at this location. The ONLY PROBLEM is the front desk employee. She is the first impression of J.O.I. and barely lifts her head to greet. Very moody and only speaks when she feels like it. Every new patient that comes to J.O.I. has been through a life changing physical event. The front desk employee is an asset to a therapeutic environment. I have spoken to a few patients after my sessions and they have said the same. I hope she is teachable and works on basic skills to match the hard work that the therapist provide.

I recently had knee replacement surgery & I opted for JOI for my physical therapy following the surgery. I was very fortunate to be assigned a therapist by the name of Bridget Bigale, PTA. Ms. Bigale is a super knowledgeable & caring therapist. She led me through a series of exercises to aid in the rehabilitation of my knee. She encouraged & pushed me during this rehabilitation. She never forced me to the point of pain as I've heard other therapists do. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing therapy. I thank Ms. Bigale for her expertise & support during my therapy.

I just finished a six weeks of PT at JOI Nocatee and wanted to say the staff are fabulous! I had a full knee replacement and was apprehensive about PT but Bridget who I worked with was beyond fabulous! She explained everything to me before and after each rehab assignment and was there to push me through each and every time. I need my other knee done and when I do I will be right back to JOI Nocatee.

Currently receiving PT for my second total knee replacement. My first therapy was with another company.
I feel my current therapy is more thorough and tailored to my needs. My therapist, Caitlin, is professional yet compassionate. She works hard to help me meet my maximum potential. I would recommend JOI Nocatee and Caitlin to anyone needing therapy. New facitlity, bright and clean.

I’ve recently had the opportunity to work with Bridget Bigale, PTA at JOI - Nocatee. After two Total Knee Replacements in 2 months she has me well on my way to full recovery. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. I enjoyed working with her even when she pushed me to work harder to accomplish my goals.

Great place for Physical Therapy with first floor access and a nice view of the pond behind the building. Staff is very caring. Steve is one of the best.
