Excellent gym. I had everything you need except a pool and Sauna. Never really crowded when I’m there and the staff are very friendly. The only downside to me are the hours. Weekdays are fine but weekend ours are terrible especially for those working weekends. If this gym were 24 hours, it would be unstoppable.

"Open to the public!" my a$#. Hosted a packet pickup for a road race in their parking lot, but refused to let anyone there for that purpose in the actual building. So much for hospitality.

Small, kinda limited, the sauna was not functional... But the place is very clean with very friendly staff.

This is a relaxing and comfortable place to work out. Indoor track and numerous workout spaces for cardio, weights, boxing, TRX and group classes. Members are very friendly and the staff always greet you in a friendly professional way. I wish there were a few more group class options. Showers and steam room are average but spacious. The group boot camp an PowerHour classes are a favorite.

I see Dr Whaley. I absolutely recommend her as PF physical therapy. She listen to her patient. I am thankful she is apart of my care team.
