I went in for a prostate procedure
Form the minute I was admitted I was well taken care off all the staff all the nurses all the doctors were super professionals courteous. I felt almost as if I was with family. The over night stay was also very nice very helpful nurses. I have not one negative thing to say about their services.
Room was nice an clean an spacious.
Hospital staff thank you thank you thank you. My outmost respect.
I recommend this hospital to anyone.

I was 40 weeks in my pregnancy and had an emergency where the mucus cord was visible along with slightly bleeding. First of All, I was waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours all because nobody conveyed that I was waiting on assistance. Once I was being seen, the priority was for the next 3 hours to measure my child's heart rate and contractions per minute. I was contracting every 5 minutes or more. I had my medical papers and lab reports ready in order to get ready for labor. These people wanted me to go back to my primary care physicians the NEXT following week, get a NOTE stating what would be the next procedure and schedule and appointment for the week AFTER in order to continue the process. Common sense says that I'll be 43 weeks and my child was ready to go. Now. I left with a bunch of excuses on paper to justify why not and ended up having my water break later on that same day. Listen to your patience. Your credentials don't speak for people who are going through these pains, therefore your judgement is not always right. I ended up having my child at North Shore because the people working at Jackson at the time were not there with genuine purpose.

I point all women and soon to be parents to other directions. Don't play with your life. When you know you need medical attention, fight for it.

Update: I don't respond to automated system messages and if you truly cared, people wouldn't feel the way they felt.

worst Hospital ever will have you sit in here from 3 in the afternoon till 1 the next evening do not come to this hospital they will have you here for 8 to 9 hour. they will let you sit in the waiting ROOM AND DIE

Best experience I’ve ever had…especially compared to Aventura Hospital. I went around 4pm there was only one other person in the waiting room. Was taken in right away. Barry was amazing & another gentleman was able to get my blood test done with an ultra sound machine which was a relief & surprising because most
ER’s don’t have them. Was taken care of very well. Overall wait wasn’t bad & all the staff members were kind, patient, & very informative. I had a pelvic ultra sound. the results took over an hour but the back was pretty busy. They handled everything as quickly as possible. Never going to Aventura again! So grateful I found this hospital! Only thing I don’t like is the mask mandate but security at the front of the ER was the only one really pushing for it.

So very disorganized. Dr. Elias Chousleb Mizrahi runs a very disorganized office. I met him for consultation and he spent about 3 minutes with me. He seemed very pre-occupied and dismissive. I can never reach anyone at his office. I have been trying for two months to do a follow-up appointment. You know what I miss? Good old fashioned American customer service. Miami culture breeds this type of third world service at first world prices.

Wow - we are literally just checking out of JNMC after my wife gave birth. I cannot rave about how amazing the staff are and how excellent the facilities were. From the actual surgery (wife had a c-section) and the care the physicians and nurses provided, to the food to the private room, we couldn't have asked for a better delivery experience. The entire staff is simply fantastic, I wish I could remember all the names but here are a few.

Was transported here because I was in a car accident and couldn't move my foot. They told me everything seemed fine and was able to go home. They didn't give me any crutches or anything and I couldn't even walk. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever go there. They had my husband carry me to the car. Mind you when I went to a specialist they said I had a hairline fracture. This is the worst hospital ever. They do not care for your well being.

Went to ER for gallstones. ER doctor gave me barely any pain medication. Was still in pain after almost 4 hrs in the ER. Unlike the ER at MRH, the pain was gone within 1 hr and also gave me antibiotics. Also some of the nurses gave me an attitude i believe it was because I kept complaining/crying about the pain. They showed they didn't care about the patient.
