This is the most incompetent doctor's office! This is my mother's doctor. She can never get them to answer the phone or call her back. She has to physically go to the office to make an appointment. Once she went to the office to make an appointment, only to find out she had an appointment later that day. No one called her to tell her this, but if she didn't show, she would have been charged!
She has multiple conditions that cause her severe pain. She's been referred to specialists that also do nothing to help her. When she does get a medication prescribed, it contains the ingredients that she's allergic to. I can't wait to move her close to me so I can find her a doctor that actually cares about giving her some relief.

Dr. Brooke Robinson is the ABSOLUTE BEST DOCTOR I’ve had in my LIFE. If your reading reviews with less than 5 stars, more than likely it’s not about Dr. Robinson and her service. However, I have never been fond of medical doctors, simply because they lack genuine compassion and concern…not Dr. Robinson! She listens and tries her best to get to the root of the problem. She’s truly a gem and I recommend her to ALL my friends, family and church family!!!

She’s a good doctor but unfortunately the person that answers the phone at the front desk could use more training in the medical field. Tried to make a follow up appointment from the ER. I let the front desk know that’s it’s a follow up appointment from the ER and I couldn’t return back to work until I was seen due to the medication that was prescribed. I even gave her the reason why I was seen at the ER .I was told I wouldn’t be able to be seen until a week later. Instead of having me wait a week to be seen I wished the front desk person would’ve consulted with a nurse and let them know the reason I needed to be seen. If I could not have been seen the same day at least put me on a cancellation list so if someone did not show up for their appointment, I could have come into the office to be seen.

I would leave zero stars if this review allowed it. I went to Jackson Hospital and Clinic (Doctor Brook Robinson) last week to have my A1C checked becuse my blood glucose was over 100 most days when I got up, and I lost about 7 or 8 pounds over the last 6 months. Nurse practitioner, Katrina Harris, checked my A1C, it was 5.5 (normal). She told me she wanted to check my thyroid, but once I went to get my blood drawn I found out I had other tests, too. Not that I had a problem with these tests but Nurse practitioner, Harris, didn't think enough of me to let me know this. And to add to the disrespect and lack of transparency my results got back to Jackson Hospital and Clinic the next day, but they have been sitting on her computer for the last week. I haven't received a phone call, an email, or had anything posted on my portal. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

Honestly the best experience I've ever had at the doctor. I felt really seen, and listened to. My experiences validated, and all of my concerns addressed. All of the staff were very professional and personable. I felt cared for and a sense of warmth from them.

I waited 3 months for a new appointment with Dr. Robinson. I took off work today 5/17/ 23 to attend 10:00 appt. I was driving on Interstate 85 to appt, received call from her staff, stating she was not going to see me due to previous care from another doctor at Jackson Clinic. I decided to change doctors months ago, and let the other provider know no return care . I am a social worker, and lost time taking off from my job today. I should have been notified the day before or months ago, the doctor was not going to see me. I spoke with JH Administrator, Ginger, did not care or say sorry for the inconvenient. I would not recommend anyone to Dr. Robinson.

If I can give less than one star I will. This Doctor was rude. I was a new patient. My appointment s at 2:30. I was on time. I waited to be seen almost 2 hours. She she came in she introduced her self but never apologized for making me wait. I could not remember my last blood work and she went in on me telling me how I was forgetful and most patients at my age (almost 60) would know when their last blood work was. She said a lot of other rude things. She talked down on me as if I was her child and she has to be half my age. She eventually asked me to leave her office when I asked her why she was being rude. I have never experienced this at a doctors office before. I do not recommend this Doctor to anyone. Especially if you are dealing with depression.
