Had to find a urologist for a vasectomy. Getting in with Dr. Cassell was fast and easy. Him and his staff were so helpful throughout the process. I had no pain and a really great recovery.

Went in for an initial consultation today which required that I arrive 30 minutes early. This was in the middle of the day and I scheduled PTO for half the day given the impact it would have on my work schedule. During my time waiting in the lobby which was almost an hour, the internet cut out and the Doctor had his staff tell me that I would have to reschedule due to computers being down (conveniently right before a typical lunch hour)... I'm sorry, but Wi-Fi does not mean electricity is out. You can save notes during an initial consultation and upload it to your cloud environment once the Wi-Fi comes back on. Extremely poor excuse to not do an initial consultation. Conveniently, they called an hour and a half later (I'm guessing when the lunch hour was over) to call and reschedule. I get that the internet went out, that does not mean you cannot perform the basic processes of a consultation meeting to establish a patient. You should have practices in place to ensure that when things like this happen you can still take care of your existing patients in the lobby. This is poor planning, poor management, and has led me to look elsewhere. Do not recommend.

I'm a newer patient of Dr. Cassell, he was referred to me by my primary care physician. Dr. Cassell has helped me tremendously. After a diagnosis, and a procedure completed at the outpatient surgery center, I'm as good as new and feel great. His staff is excellent, and caring. Any time they said they'd "call me back" for a follow-up or to set up an appointment regarding the procedure, they indeed did that. The doctor spends time with you, never rushes you through an appointment and you feel informed as you should be. I would recommend Dr. Cassell to anyone, he is a true professional who is easy to speak to and offers you his full attention. I'm extremely happy to call him my urologist.

I went to see Dr. Cassell today and he provided me his undivided attention. He is extremely friendly and cared about my issues. He explained the treatment to me and got my prescription fired off right away. His staff was very friendly and the office is very clean and professional. Highly recommended!!

I went to this Dr office as a referral from my primary doctor. I went a few times at first I had noticed he wasn't really paying attention to what my symptoms were.They scheduled an in office procedure about a month later that made my symptoms worse. At that time I was selling cars and he asked if I could help him sell his Mercedes. That was no issue at all but when it came time for the Dr to take his car up to the dealer he didn't show. 2 weeks later he text me one morning while I was sick and because I didn't message back immediately he got upset. My insurance has never been an issue! My primary Dr takes it and when he sent me to Dr Cassel they did too. After the mess with the car I got a 3000 bill in the mail and they said they couldn't take my insurance. All in all this was my worst experience ever with a Dr. First he crossed the line and made things weird by getting a little personal. I've never had a Dr text me about personal things before. It didn't feel like he was pursuing a Dr patient relationship. Now unfortunately he's going after my wallet! I am starting here and will be making sure all the right places hear about how I was treated. In my opinion don't let him mess you up like he did me. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Cassel messed up a basic vasectomy on my husband. He caused my husband to miss over 2 weeks of work along with extreme swelling (orange size) which he eventually had to get drained. We still were not going to write a review because accidents happen but the office proceeded to send us a bill. Definitely would not recommend.

My experience has been favorable. With me Dr. Jack Cassell has been empathetic, compassionate, transparent and forthcoming. He answered all my questions. When I expressed doubt about a particular procedure he recommended, he suggested I seek a second opinion. I obtained a second opinion and the other urologist concurred with Dr. Cassell. I agreed to the procedure and have absolutely no regrets. Ric M
