Doctor Watts is wonderful. I have been seeing him for my painful ankle. Doctor Watts is thorough and answers all of my questions with great patience. The appointment started very close to my scheduled time, but I did spend 15 minutes or more in the exam room waiting on the Dr. Dr Watts was informative and confident of his diagnosis and informative. I am not feeling the first steps pain in the morning he described as related to my condition. My foot is best when I wake up and have not been on it overnight and pain gradually increases during my activities during the day.

Dr Watts and the whole staff is always very helpful and caring. The office is run efficiently and staff is always pleasant. Dr Watts is very "patient" in explaining his diagnosis and treatment options, outlining carefully what's involved and what to expect "in the short and long terms". He is a veryTalented Dr. He did a fantastic job on my ankle replacement. At my last appt rather than having to come back. He took an X-ray of my left knee. I needed a half of a knee replacement seven years ago. Since I had been compensating for the right ankle. It had gotten a lot worse. It’s really been bothering me so he scheduled an MRI to see what he can do to help me. He gave me a shot to help relieve the pain. There’s not a whole lot of red tape with this Dr. He just just gets things done. Bing, Bang, Boom.

Dr Watts is Great but the staff is rather apathetic. They request you get there 15mins before appt time to complete paperwork, then I was left sitting there for 45 mins without a word, I checked in as to what was the problem receptionist said she would check on it but no update, another 15mins I had to checked again only to be told he was running behind and I was next. Finally to the room I waited another 15 mins before seeing Dr. Watts. He was in for 5 mins then came back administered a shot to tendon are and was gone in 10min. All in all I was there for 1.5 hours for a 10 min visit. I understand a Drs time is important and things happen but so is their clients. Staff needs to be better at keeping an eye on wait times and letting clients know what’s going on, just leaving them sitting in waiting area with annoying Channel 13 on replay drives us nuts. Update on shot Dr. Watts administered, it has really irritated the area even more than area was when I walked in, so not sure it was beneficial.

Dr Watts is the best, very informative, head very positive reviews on his surgeries, he did a total ankle replacement Plus stretch the Achilles tendon and a few other things, so far so good, been two and a half weeks, can't wait till it's totally healed to get my range of movement back I lost 40 years ago

The check-in system is terrible filling out forms that are ridiculous. Once I saw Dr Watts he was friendly direct to the point told me exactly what was going on and what we were going to do to correct my problem. But the check-in system forget it it's enough to make you want to walk out the door

Dr Watts is a very gifted surgeon, repaired my Achilles tear and has me back on my feet with no discomfort in 12 weeks. He is congenial, very professional in his explanations before and following surgery. Anyone dealing with foot, ankle issues, he’s your man!
