Picked up my first CPAP Machine from J&B Medical yesterday. Kenn explained the parts of the machine along with how it operates. He also did the initial fitting of the mask. I was able to setup and use my machine that night with excellent results. I highly recommend J&B Medical for anyone needing a CPAP Machine.

I am very impressed with how J & B took care of my unique diabetic situation. It felt like I was caught in the middle between the insulin pump company, the medical supply company (J & B), and insurance. After making futile attempts with all parties, I finally found someone at J & B who heard me, understood my health needs, and responded to me with compassion and efficiencies. Sadly, I only know her first name, Monika, but I want to make sure the J & B management know how much she did for me. She didn't treat me as just a customer, but rather, she treated me as a person with an acute medical condition who needed medical supplies. She expressed empathy and she communicated with me regularly to make sure my problem was being addressed. She's amazing and I hope management can give her the recognition she deserves! Absolutely thrilled to have J&B Medical handle my CPAP needs. They were well versed in my insurance, extremely helpful in setting up my appointment for a mask fitting. As a small, local business they have gained my trust. They were more helpful than any other company around, and their number one response to most of my needs was “We can handle that,” and “That will not be a problem.” Stress free and very friendly staff.

J & B Medical Equipment provided outstanding customer service for my family. From the very beginning, Brandon and his team went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. They managed to deliver a beautiful lift chair that my family needed urgently even though they are out of state. And it wasn't just any chair - it was of incredible high-quality, so much so that my family is taking it back with them to Michigan! This exemplary service speaks volumes of the kind of commitment J & B has when it comes to providing medical equipment and other products to their customers. While unpacking our vehicle, I realized my CPAP machine was left at home. I called J & B Medical, Inc and spoke with Ken who walked me through the steps so that I will have a CPAP machine that night. He was very helpful and offered to stay later if my physician prescription was held up. People if you have any DME needs you need not look any further. As a Nurse Coach, I will be including in my teachings away from home medical DME needs and what is required to have them professionally and accurately taken care of. I know Ken can not be everywhere, but I'm very grateful for his help here. AAA
