Since having had a total HIP replacement, I have been going to Ivy Rehab. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly, caring and helpful. My therapist, John Gallub, is knowledgeable, compassionate, and is genuinely concerned. I credit him for where I am right now.

On August 27, I had my left hip replaced. Also a second surgery to remove a cyst on the side of my knee. I am back at Ivy Rehab in Baldwin. At my request, John is my therapist. I don't want to say I'm glad to be back but the staff, Amy, Eva, and all the assistants gave me such a wonderful welcome that it was nice to be back. Such a warm and wonderful environment. To say the least, I am progressing nicely. Once again John, thank you for your caring attitude and your expertise in knowing how to handle my two surgeries. You are truly the best.

I've been coming to Balwin Ivy Rehab since beginning of August. For my shoulder surgery. As soon as you walk into this Rehab. The front deck is courteous. The aides very friendly & attentive. As for my therapist Alanna Minecci. She is professional, kind, sympathic, full of knowledge. Alanna explains in detail the exercises and all the little muscles that need to wake up after having shoulder surgery. She gives me confidence. To keep going with my recovery. Baldwin shopping center Ivy Rehab location has the best knowledgeable staff thar I have ever experienced. I highly recommend them help you to heal from whatever ails you. I forgot to mention that all the staff there are people friendly, my TKR PT has been a big challenge which is working out great

Great customer service in assisting with your needs .
I was very lucky in speaking to Sheila and her colleagues.
They advised me what I needed before I went to the office.
I suffered with vertigo for 6 weeks .
I was fortunate to meet with Mitchell H. MSPT cert VRT.
After consultation he treated me , I made other appointments but 2 days later I went and I was cured .
Unless you suffer from vertigo you cannot understand the impact it has in your life.
I was truly blessed in meeting these extraordinary people.
The office is very clean and organized , everyone was extraordinarily friendly.

Discovering Ivy Rehab has truly been a blessing. Gio has been my physical therapist for a few months now and he is absolutely amazing. He genuinely cares about his patients’ recovery and is always looking for ways to alleviate pain while accelerating progress. I have noticed such a difference in my body so it is evident that his treatment plans are effective and are geared towards your personal goals. In addition, the entire staff is beyond kind and attentive. Just finished rehab at Ivy Baldwin after a total knee replacement. The staff both clerical and assistants were excellent. On the ball, with exactly what I needed to do and what equipment was needed to do it. My therapist Matt Romaine was wonderful. He walked me through the exercises and helped me every step of the way.he was a real professional and knew exactly how to handle my particular problems. I was so lucky to get him as my therapist. My knee is doing great. thanks to Ivy Rehab Baldwin!
