While on vacation I had an accident that required some medical attention and I was so glad we found Ivy Creek. I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff. They were quick to get me in a room, cleaned all of my wounds, and even let me cry for a few minutes. I’m really thankful for them

They were able to provide decent care but just a heads up, you will receive a random bill even if you pay your balance up front. We were told our balance was paid and then still received a bill ( more than a month later) saying we owed another $150

Poor customer service. Sends very questionable bills after confirming no payment is due. BEWARE DO NOT GO!
