I was referred here, spoke to the Dr. Alpern on the phone for two minutes, just for him to tell me that he’d call me back once he reviewed imaging done by my doctor. That was in early March. Nobody ever called me back. Received a bill for $50 in the mail. If you can, go somewhere else.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I am so disappointed with Dr. Ghonda who just cancelled my appointment only two hours before because I have a $200 balance. I have waited weeks for this appointment and it is very important to my health. I am a single mom and struggling just to stay afloat during this pandemic and if they would have told me ahead of time, rather than two hours before my appointment time, I could have made arrangements to make this payment so that I could have this much needed and long awaited appointment. It isn't even an in-person appointment, but a phone appointment! The doctor was more concerned about getting his lousy $200 than in caring for his patients and their well-being. This appointment was so important to me that I would have put aside grocery money even to take care of it if I had known. Their only comment was that they have sent me bills in the mail so I should have made sure to pay. I pay my bills, but bare necessities have had to take a priority the last few months, just like thousands of other people struggling to get through loss of income on such a significant scale. A doctor refusing to care for patients in this way during this time is the opposite of what a doctor should stand for. Shame on you Dr. Ghonda!

Waited one hour to receive the scheduled consult; still waiting. Called their office, no one answers. Will ask the VA to find another service and suggest they read the reviews and remove this service from their list.

Dr. Metz’s office did not provide my mom’s lab results even though my mom called and left messages more than once. Also Dr. Metz did not address the liver issue that she was referred for.

The Doctors that reffered me did more to help than Dr. Ghanda. He never checked the initial problem I was referred for...

Dr. Ghonda seems to decide what HE is going to do no matter your symtoms are. Any deviation from HIS plan, including what you might know about your body is disregarded. AVOID THIS FACILITY! As this is basically a Nurse practitioner to refer you elsewhere but otherwise just another over inflated ego.

I understand he has the medical degree but if you sit and nod your head at a patient while already deciding what your going to do that isn't individualized treatment. It's a poor care.

Called in to make a apt a good morning would be nice for a 1time Pt and trying t o schedule a apt was bad bad service the lady that schedule apt super unprofessional and rude … Nd she put me on hold for like 15 minutes came back to the phone saying yes how I may direct your call I’m like I been waiting to schedule a apt u put me on hold she is like oh yeah I was like wow …. Either there super bussy or I just have bad luck
