I visited Dr. Clark earlier this week for an appointment with my elderly mother who was experiencing blockage in both ears which was affecting her hearing and her balance. From the moment we entered the office we knew we had found the perfect ENT practice to address my mother's needs. The young ladies who worked the receptionist desk and the young man who performed the medical intake were welcoming, professional, and extremely pleasant. And then there is Dr. Clark. He took the time to learn about the issues that my mother was experiencing and presented himself in a calm and competent manner. Most important of all, he addressed my mother's needs, and she left the office experiencing immediate relief from the issues that had been plaguing her for weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Clark's practice and commend him and his staff for their expertise, positivity, and professionalism!

Dr Clark performed a "Inspire Device" surjury on me in Oct 2024. He advocated strongly for me to get the va to approve the procedure. The surjury was more intrusive than I thought but all turned out well

I left this office feeling relieved and like I was listened to and was treated like family. Dr Clark and staff are awesome very knowledgeable and spent the time listening to my health concerns. I am grateful for their time and education. They really went above and beyond when it comes to medical care. Dr Burke and Dr Clark are both kind, gentle, professional and brilliant. Did you know hearing loss was from your brain and not your ears? I sure didn’t! They explained why the brain makes your ears ring when you can’t hear well and a hearing aid will make the ringing disappear.

Dr Burke walks you through a new hearing aid step by step. She went to much effort to give me a custom molded hearing aide that works for my tiny wiggly ear canals. She has a way of explaining things that helped me understand. Dr Burke told me she wanted to work in a practice that really cared about people and Dr Clark cares.

Dr Clark spends the time to explain everything. He does all kinds of ear surgeries that no one else does. My friend had a great surgery experience with him. He isn’t about the money. He is about his people.

When you walk into the office you feel the kindness and joy from the moment you enter. It’s a uniquely wonderful experience!

There are no words to describe my experience yesterday at Dr Clark's office. From the moment we walked in and saw Kelly who couldn't have been more caring and considerate to the nurse that took my info, the experience of just these two were awesome. Dr Clark is truly a rare bird in today's medical profession. When most drs are typing on their laptops and looking at their watch...time up...good bye! Dr Clark listened to every words, read all reports and let me babble away. When he spoke he took his time, explain everything in " layman's language " and was as caring and understanding as could be. Carefully giving my situation some thought, was not in a rush to just prescribe anything or give up on me. He deserves an award for the most CONSIDERATE, THOUGHTFUL, UNDERSTANDING DOCTOR! I have been to over 40 ENT and trust me when I say you will not be disappointed in any aspect of this office. My only regret is he only can treat from the neck up! Most Sincerely. Pamela H. Marshall
