My experience at Islamorada Medical Center could not have been more impressive. The front desk staff couldn’t have been friendlier or made me feel more welcome. Wait time was less than 10 minutes

Dr Diaz’s assistant Claudia was extremely professional and charming.

And Dr Diaz was extremely thorough in his examination and questioning me about my symptoms. His warm personality and obvious interest in helping me were most appreciated.

A fabulous experience from the moment I walked in the door. Was a walk-in urgent care appt. Reception was friendly and helpful letting me know timing and doctor was very attentive, knowledgeable. Provided a prescription for a shorter period of time and scheduled a f/u to confirm my status instead of a longer period and sending me on my way. Would recommend this practice.

I absolutely love Dr. Diaz & Zettwock. They are extremely knowledgeable, caring, thorough & such a great team. Being a new patient, I couldnt have selected a better office for my primary care. Dr. Diaz is a veteran too, so being a retired military family, we appreciate his service and he is still taking care of veterans. The office is busy, which I guess is a good sign, but the staff is friendly, kind, and very attentive to each request I’ve made, one even short notice. You cannot go wrong with this facility!

If you expect any type of post visit communication do not go here! I was seen there for an injury on 2/28. The doctors looked at the X-rays and said there may be a hairline fracture but they wanted to send it to a radiologist and for me to call the office on 3/1 for the report. Since then, I have left several voice messages, text messages and an email. Seems they only respond to text messages. Finally today(10 days after the visit) they claim to have emailed the report. They must have sent it to someone else as I still have not received it, and they have not responded to my most recent text.

I was initially annoyed that I waited 45 minutes for my noon appointment. However, it was well worth the wait. I can’t remember the last time a doctor took the time to really talk to me and explain what I was dealing with. I highly recommend Dr. Diaz.

Dr Steven Dyminski was absolutely amazing at instantly understanding the dermatologist acne issues my son was having. And he stepped into a difficult situation of needing to understand the history. This is easily one of the finest medical doctors in South Florida.

I cannot imagine anyone else providing me care during a very traumatic vacation. Compassionate, timely, family sensitive, and knowledgeable. Dr. Diaz went above and beyond, checking in on me outside of office hours and following up everytime he said he would. Hands down wish I could take him back to Washington State with me. Thank you for the care you provided and helping me get home safely.
