The absolute worst in customer service.Clueless and couldn't care less. I was scheduled for a CT scan. I drove 1.5 hours to get there and the tech who was to do the scan apparently called in sick that day. No one ever contacted me beforehand. The person at the reception area never apologized.Just said" ya someone should have contacted you" and shrugged her shoulders. This place deserves a zero rating. I assume it is due to poor management.
